Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of my artwork, all sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged due the shipping process, please contact me as soon as possible and within 7 days so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return, you can contact me at mossfx07@gmail.com Please send photos of the damage.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package and a full refund including the cost of postage will be provided within 7 business days. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mossfx07@gmail.com
