Shipping policy

Processing Time
As this is a small, independent art business, I personally handle every order with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. All original artworks are shipped with insurance, a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Final costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply for Australian citizens or promotions.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier service. Estimated delivery times within Australia are 2 - 8 business days however it may take longer for some locations and rural areas. Note, I am currently only shipping to Australian Customers only.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Taxes and Import Duties
For domestic (Australian) customers, GST is not applicable as this is a hobby business.
