Shipping policy

Processing Time
As this is a small, independent art business, I personally handle every order with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. All original artworks are shipped with insurance, a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Final costs will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply for Australian citizens or promotions.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location. I use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. According to Australia Post, the estimated delivery times within South Australia are 2 - 4 business days. However, please be aware that it may take longer for some locations and rural areas. According to Australia Post, shipping interstate will take approximately 3 - 6 business days and may take longer for some areas, including rural and remote areas.

Note, I am currently shipping to Australian Customers only.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Taxes and Import Duties
For domestic (Australian) customers, GST is not applicable as this is a hobby business.
